Paris Court of Appeal sets aside ICC award for being contrary to international public policy

On 5 April 2022, the Paris Court of Appeal annulled an ICC arbitral award which ordered the Gabonese Republic to pay the Santullo-Sericom Gabon Group the sum of 90 billion Franc (CFA) plus interest.
