Rutas de Lima threatens arbitration against the City Council of Lima following highway concession’s early termination

In late January, the City Council of Lima (CCL) unanimously approved the early termination of its concession contract with the Rutas de Lima S.A.C.  consortium on the grounds that Rutas de Lima’s performance was “adversely affecting the public interest.”
