US District Court denies motion to compel post-judgment discovery by Federal Reserve Bank of New York

On 18 May 2022, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York denied a motion to compel post-judgment discovery concerning accounts held at non-party, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (the “Fed”), by another non-party, the Central Bank of Yemen (the “Central Bank”).In doing so, Judge Ronnie Abrams agreed (in part) and disagreed (in part) with the Fed’s arguments for challenging the underlying information subpoena.
