US District Court confirms Arbitration Award in favour of the Dominican Republic

In reviewing the Arbitration Award, the District Court agreed that the Petitioner had failed to “establish its single defence against enforcement of the Award, among the seven enumerated in Article V of the New York Convention” and agreed to confirm it in its entirety, as requested by the Dominican Republic.
