Status of the Code of Conduct for Adjudicators in International Investment Disputes

At its thirty-seventh session in April 2019, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group III (Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform) requested the UNCITRAL Secretariat to undertake preparatory work on a Code of Conduct for Adjudicators in International Investment Disputes jointly with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Secretariat.
