Peru dismisses as frivolous US firm’s claim that Peru destroyed its worldwide business

On 5 August 2022, the Republic of Peru submitted its Memorial on Jurisdiction and Counter-Memorial on Merits in response to US-based Kaloti Metals & Logistics LLC’s claim that Peru caused the demise of its worldwide business operations.
