Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice dismisses application to set aside ICSID Tribunal’s decision in Nelson v Mexico

On 16 February 2022, the Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice (Commercial list) rejected Mr Joshua Dean Nelson’s application to annul the arbitral award rendered on 5 June 2020 (corrected by the Tribunal on 31 July 2020) in Jorge Luis Blanco, Joshua Dean Nelson and Tele Fácil México, S.A. de C.V. v. United Mexican States (ICSID Case No. UNCT/17/1).
