Chile faces its second ICSID arbitration claim in less than three months. On 13 August 2021, the Acting Secretary-General of ICSID registered a request for arbitration by ADP International S.A. and Vinci Airports S.A.S., both French companies, under the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Chile and the Government of the Republic of France on the Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investments.
