Naftogaz and GTSOU institute ICC arbitration proceedings against gas giant Gazprom

Gas transportation system operator Gas TSO of Ukraine (GTSOU) and Ukraine’s state controlled gas producer and importer Naftogaz have filed a request to institute arbitration proceedings against Russia’s Gazprom with the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) in Paris.
