Metro de Lima Línea 2 commences third ICSID arbitration proceeding against Peru

On 6 December 2021, Metro de Lima Línea 2, S.A lodged a new request for arbitration before ICSID against Peru – adding to two other claims brought by the company against the Andean country before ICSID in connection with handover delays on the flagship project to maintain and extend Line 2 of the Lima and Callao Metro system.
