Lesotho Court invalidates arbitration agreement that gave rise to EUR 50 million arbitral award against it, while global enforcement actions proceed

9 November 2022, MASERU. The High Court of Lesotho has set aside German based Frazer Solar GmbH’s 100 EUR million Supply Agreement to install solar systems at government facilities in the Kingdom of Lesotho, declaring the agreement “unconstitutional, unlawful and invalid.”
