Dutch Court lifts attachment of Kazakh Sovereign Wealth Fund’s shares in KMG Kashagan B.V.

On 14 June 2022, the Civil Law Department of the Hague Court of Appeal in Samruk-Kazyna JSC and the Republic of Kazakhstan v Stati, Ascom Group SA and Terra Raf Trans Traiding Ltd lifted the attachment on shares held by Kazakh sovereign wealth fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Samruk) in Dutch KMG Kashagan B.V. (KMGK).
