Astrazeneca to substitute other medicines for COVID-19 vaccines in new agreement with the Dominican Republic

English pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca has agreed to send to the Dominican Republic several types of medicines, including antihypertensives, drugs for asthma and special drugs (including some high-cost drugs) in place of the COVID-19 vaccines, says Minister of Public Health of the Dominican Republic, Daniel Rivera.
