US Court denies ACE American Insurance Company's petition to confirm and enforce a UK Termination Value Award against the University of Ghana for lack of personal jurisdiction

On 16 August 2022, the United States District Court Southern District of New York held it could not exercise personal jurisdiction over the University of Ghana (UG) and therefore dismissed the Petition filed by ACE American Insurance Company (Chubb) to confirm and enforce an alleged foreign arbitration award against the Respondent.
