Setback for Australian mining firm as arbitration tribunal dismisses request for interim relief against Greenland

On 26 September 2022, Australian mining exploration firm Greenland Minerals Ltd announced that the arbitral tribunal constituted to preside over its dispute with the governments of Greenland and the Kingdom of Denmark had dismissed its most recent request for interim measures.
