New Zealand Court sets aside Hungary’s protest to jurisdiction in recognition of ICSID Award

On 10 December 2021, the High Court of New Zealand in Wellington set aside Hungary’s protest to jurisdiction in Sodexo Pass International SAS’s application for the recognition of an ICSID arbitral award.
