Mexico faces ICSID Claim following termination of desalination plant project in Baja California

In a press release dated 9 February 2022, Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (CWCO) announced that its Dutch subsidiary, Consolidated Water Coöperatief, U.A. (CW Coop), has lodged a request for arbitration against the United States of Mexico before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
