Israeli company IC Power Asia (IPCA) has so far failed to meet its obligation to reimburse the Guatemalan government after its USD 117 million claim was dismissed on 7 October 2020 and it was ordered to pay arbitration and legal costs in the amount of approximately USD 1.8 million.
