Grounds for European Commission's case against the United Kingdom for breach of EU State-Aid rules revealed

On 17 October 2022, the European Commission's grounds concerning the case against the United Kingdom before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), in which it alleges that the UK had breached EU state-aid rules, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
