Gerald International Limited and Sierra Leone agree to discontinue ICSID arbitration proceedings

On 28 February 2022, an ICSID Arbitral Tribunal accepted the discontinuance of the arbitral proceeding between Gerald International Limited and Republic of Sierra Leone (ICSID Case No. ARB/19/31), pursuant to the ICSID Arbitration Rule 43(1).
