Final ICC Arbitration Award granting Kazsilicon ±USD 1.4 m against clean power innovation surfaces

The Award was delivered by the Sole Arbitrator conducting the arbitration proceedings under the aegis of the ICC International Court of Arbitration on 6 August 2021. It granted Kazsilicon (the Claimant) damages, penalties and reimbursements totalling US $1,379,707.00 together with net costs of arbitration and net attorney’s fees and costs.
