Ecuadorian Government announces recourse against former Government Authorities, including Former President Rafael Correa, in connection with the Perenco Case

Both the General Secretariat of Communications of the Presidency and the Ecuadorian State Attorney General's Office have stated, in separate communiqués, that they will abide by the Decision on Annulment rendered by an ICSID ad hoc Committee in the case of Perenco Ecuador Limited v. Republic of Ecuador.
