Devas-Applicants make out exceptional case to serve joinder application on India's Antrix via email

On 9 July 2021, four applicants with an interest in Devas Multimedia Private Limited’s a $1.2 billion international arbitration award against India’s Antrix Corporation Limited succeeded in their bid before the Business and Property Courts of England and Wales to obtain authorisation to serve their application to join existing enforcement proceedings brought under the New York Convention both outside the court’s jurisdiction and via email.
