Czech Republic prevails in ICSID proceedings against Swiss investor, Pawlowski, in long running real estate dispute related to residential development project

Despite finding that the District of Benice’s actions clearly amounted to an abuse of powers, the Tribunal held that the investor failed to establish that Swiss investors were specifically discriminated against or that developers of nearby projects had been treated more favourably.
