Canadian-Chilean port operator threatens investment arbitration proceedings against Uruguay

The shareholders of Montecon – the operator of the port of Montevideo’s public docks – will institute arbitration proceedings against the Uruguayan State before an international arbitration tribunal, according to reports in the Uruguayan media.
